- Acceptable, current identificationFor example, a qualifying state-issued photo ID with signature or a U.S. passport. Ask about alternatives if needed.
- The complete documentHave the document and its required notarial certificate ready. Dennis cannot choose a certificate or provide legal advice.
- Every signer personally presentAnyone whose signature is being notarized must attend. For a jurat, wait to sign until the appointment.
- Any required witnessesAsk the document’s requesting organization whether witnesses are needed and arrange them in advance.

Can I book an appointment now?
Not yet. Dennis’s Texas notary commission application is pending. You can call or text about the planned launch; notarizations will begin after approval, completion of the oath, and receipt of the required supplies.
Will you offer remote online notarizations?
Remote online notarizations are being considered for a future phase. They are not currently offered. This site’s planned services are in person.
Can you prepare my document or tell me which certificate to use?
No. Dennis does not provide legal advice or select a notarial certificate. Ask the organization requesting the document or a licensed attorney for instructions.
Do you handle loan closings or complex estate signings?
Those services are not part of the initial launch. The planned focus is routine in-person and mobile notarizations.
